Q2-CB series ultra thin wall heat shrink tubing is made of flame-retardant polyolefin with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for applications requiring rapid shrinking and space savings. It has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C, and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL File No. E236137, CSA File No. 242540, VW-1, and 300V ratings, complies with Sony-SS-00259, and contains less than 5 ppm cadmium and 30 ppm lead. It is RoHS compliant and available in black as standard. The part Q2-CB-9MM-01-SS100M corresponds to a 9.0 mm recovered inner diameter with 0.28 mm wall thickness on a 100-meter spool, as specified for the 9.0 mm size variant in the series.
