Q2-CB series ultra-thin wall heat shrink tubing is flame-retardant polyolefin tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for space-saving applications and rapid shrinking at low temperatures. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL File No. E236137, CSA File No. 242540, VW-1, and 300V ratings, complies with Sony-SS-00259, and is RoHS compliant. Material contains no PBBs, PBBOs, or PBBEs, with cadmium below 5 ppm and lead below 30 ppm. Standard color is black. For the 5mm before-shrink diameter variant, the after-shrink diameter is 2.5mm with a wall thickness of 0.25mm, supplied on 100-meter spools.
