Q2-CB series ultra-thin wall heat shrink tubing, with a 2:1 shrink ratio, is made of flame-retardant polyolefin for use in space-constrained applications requiring low shrink temperature and minimal thermal risk. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL E236137, CSA 242540, VW-1, and 300V ratings, complies with Sony-SS-00259, and has cadmium and lead content below 5 ppm and 30 ppm respectively. The 3/8 inch size has an as-supplied inner diameter of 9.5 mm and a wall thickness of 0.28 mm after recovery. It is supplied on 25-foot spools. RoHS compliant and available in black, with other colors on request.
