Q2-CB series ultra-thin wall heat shrink tubing is made of flame-retardant polyolefin with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for applications requiring rapid shrinking and space savings. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL File No. E236137, CSA File No. 242540, VW-1, and 300V ratings, complies with Sony-SS-00259, and contains no PBBs, PBBOs, or PBBEs, with cadmium below 5 ppm and lead below 30 ppm. It is RoHS compliant and typically supplied in black. The 3/32 inch nominal inside diameter after recovery has a wall thickness of 0.25 mm and is offered on a 100-foot spool.
