Q2-CB series ultra thin wall heat shrink tubing is a flame-retardant polyolefin product with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for space-saving applications and rapid installation at low temperatures. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL E236137 and CSA 242540 approvals, VW-1 flammability, and Sony-SS-00259 standards, is RoHS compliant, and contains cadmium below 5 ppm and lead below 30 ppm. The 1/4 inch nominal inside diameter after recovery corresponds to a pre-shrink diameter of 6.4 mm and a wall thickness of 0.28 mm, supplied on 100 ft spools in black, with other colors available on request.
