Q2-CB series ultra thin wall heat shrink tubing is made of flame-retardant polyolefin with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for rapid shrinking and space-saving applications. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL File No. E236137, CSA File No. 242540, VW-1, and 300V ratings, complies with Sony-SS-00259, and is RoHS compliant. Cadmium content is less than 5 ppm and lead content less than 30 ppm. The standard color is black. For the 1/2 inch nominal recovered inside diameter variant, the wall thickness is 0.28 mm, supplied in 200-foot spools.
