Q2-CB series ultra thin wall heat shrink tubing is a flame-retardant polyolefin product with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for applications requiring rapid shrinking and space savings. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL File No. E236137, CSA File No. 242540, VW-1, and 300V ratings, complies with Sony-SS-00259, and is RoHS compliant. Cadmium content is less than 5 ppm and lead content less than 30 ppm. Material contains no PBBs, PBBOs, or PBBEs. Standard color is black. For the 1/16 inch nominal inside diameter as supplied, the recovered inside diameter is 0.80 mm with a wall thickness of 0.20 mm, supplied on a spool of 48 inches length in a 100-piece bag.
