Thin wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for general-purpose electrical insulation and mechanical protection where flame retardancy is not required. Available in black or clear, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C, minimum shrink temperature of 80°C, and full recovery at 100°C. The Q1-3/64 variant has an as-supplied inside diameter of 1.2 mm and a recovered inside diameter of 0.50 mm, with a minimum wall thickness of 0.33 mm. Shrinkage is restrained to 0±5% longitudinally. RoHS compliant and non-flame retardant. Packaged in 100-foot spools.

Conforms to objects more uniformly and with less longitudinal change than most PVC based tubing. Bright and shiny surface is an attractive covering for many automotive, appliance and consumer-goods applications. Clear version offers exceptional clarity for protecting marked surfaces.
