Q1-1/2-01-MS100FT is a 2:1 shrink ratio, thin-wall, non-flame retardant polyolefin heat shrink tubing with an as-supplied diameter of 12.7 mm and a recovered diameter of 6.5 mm, and a wall thickness of 0.65 mm. It operates from -55°C to +105°C, requires a minimum shrink temperature of 80°C, and fully recovers at 100°C. It is RoHS compliant, offers excellent clarity in clear version, and comes in a 100-foot spool. Standard colors are black and clear. It meets UL 224 for longitudinal shrinkage, ASTM D 2671 for tensile strength (>10.4 MPa) and elongation (>500%), IEC 93 for dielectric strength (>25 kV/mm), and ISO 62 for copper stability.

Features/Application
Commercial grade polyolefin tubing for general applications where flame retardant properties are not needed but electrical insulation and mechanical performance is important. Conforms to objects more uniformly and with less longitudinal change than most PVC based tubing. Bright and shiny surface is an attractive covering for many automotive, appliance and consumer-goods applications. Clear version offers exceptional clarity for protecting marked surfaces.
