XTREME CUT 240 is a semi-synthetic, chlorine-free cutting and grinding fluid capable of performing on a wide range of materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, nickel alloys, yellow metals, and plastics. XTREME CUT 240's use of boundary lubricants helps extend tool life while yielding excellent surface finish. This makes it well suited to job shop operations, where multi-metal versatility and less frequent tool changes are beneficial. XTREME CUT 240 employs the latest technology to reduce maintenance, which includes no bacterial odors, no foam, no corrosion, and excellent rejection of contaminant oils. XTREME CUT 240 has been designed to exhibit superior foam control in high pressure coolant delivery systems. XTREME CUT 240 is formulated to be used in soft to moderately hard water. XTREME CUT 240 is available in is available in IBCs, drums, and pails.
