QualiChem, Inc. Water Dilutable Cutting Fluid Q-CUT 215

Q-CUT 215 is a semi-synthetic coolant designed for light to moderate duty applications and is ideally suited for shops that predominantly machine aluminum alloys or that require a chlorine-free coolant. It can be used safely on most job shop materials. Q-CUT 215 is a "fighting grade" product and as such, is formulated to provide long lasting, trouble-free performance in a wide variety of applications. It has good sump life, good corrosion control, keeps machines clean and residue free, controls foam in high pressure applications, and is operator friendly. Q-CUT 215 works well in a variety of water qualities, including hard water, soft water, and treated water. For best results and lowest consumption rates, we suggest the use of reverse osmosis (RO) water or deionized water (DI). Q-CUT 215 does not contain animal fats or derivatives, heavy metals, chlorinated or sulfurized EP additives, zinc, calcium, free boric acid, nitrites, diethanolamine, silicone, formaldehyde, MBM, PCBs, phthalates, dioxins, or PIP (3:1).Q-CUT 215 is available in pails, drums, totes, and bulk.
