Our 5098 series features the 3-prong, North American, Locking NEMA L6-15P Plug with the Right Angle IEC-60320-C19 Connector. These locking power cords are ideal for powering your high voltage/ high current equipment. On one end, the plug connects to a Locking NEMA L6-15R outlet or receptacle, while on the other end the IEC-60320-C19 Connector can power servers and tele-communications devices, as well as many more devices and electronics which have the IEC-60320-C20 Inlet. Additionally, this power cord features a twist-lock plug which rotates to lock into the matching receptacle. This right angle power cord is ideal for use in confined spaces because it eliminates stress placed on the conductors and strain relief. The definition of a right angle connector is that when facing the equipment with the connector installed ground-pin-up, the cord trails away to your right-hand side. The 5098.098 carries the UL and C-UL approvals and is rated at 15A - 250V.
