Our 5038 series features the standard, domestic, 3-prong, North American Plug (NEMA 5-15P) with the Up Angle IEC-60320-C13 Connector. These power cords are the standard cords used for monitors, computers, printers, scanners, TVs, sound systems, and many more devices & appliances which have the IEC-60320-C14 inlet. The plug end inserts into any standard NEMA wall outlet or any NEMA 5-15R receptacle. This up angle power cord is ideal for use in confined spaces because it eliminates stress placed on the conductors and strain relief. The definition of an up angle connector is that when facing the equipment with the connector installed ground-pin-up, the cord trails up and away from the equipment. The 5038.072 carries the UL and C-UL approvals and is rated at 13A - 125V.
