Our 5004 series features the domestic, 3-prong, Down Angle North American Plug (NEMA 5-15P) with the Left Angle IEC-60320-C13 Connector. These power cords are the standard cords used for monitors, computers, printers, scanners, TVs, sound systems, and many more devices & appliances which have the IEC-60320-C14 inlet. The plug end inserts into any standard NEMA wall outlet or any NEMA 5-15R receptacle. This down angle power cord is ideal for use in confined spaces because it eliminates stress placed on the conductors and strain relief. The definition of a down angle plug is that when facing the outlet with the plug installed ground-pin-down, the cord trails down and away from the wall socket. This left angle power cord is ideal for use in confined spaces because it eliminates stress placed on the conductors and strain relief.
