Our 4824 series features the 3-prong, North American, Locking NEMA L5-15P Plug with a 2-splitter (Y-Cord) that has the Piggyback IEC-60320-C13 x 2 Connector. These locking power cords are ideal for powering your high voltage/ high current equipment, including computer, monitors, servers, printers, TVs, and other devices. On one end, the plug connects to a Locking NEMA L5-15R wall outlet or receptacle, while the other end features 2 IEC-60320-C13s in piggyback formation. This configuration is a space-saver because it powers 2 high voltage/ high current devices while using only 1 wall outlet or socket. Additionally, this power cord features the twist-lock plug and receptacles which rotate to lock into one another. When the piggyback design is on the female end of the power cord, the purpose is to save space by powering two pieces of equipment. The 4824.072 carries the UL and C-UL approvals and is rated at 15A - 125V.
