Our 1818 series features the 3-prong, North American, Locking NEMA L5-15P Plug with the NEMA 5-15R/5-20R T-Slot Receptacle. These Heavy Duty Power Cords feature plugs and/or connectors that are rated for high voltage and high current use, and are most often on large gauge wire. They can be used with heavy machinery as well as networking equipment (PDUs, Servers, UPSs ?) These locking power cords are ideal for powering your high voltage/ high current equipment. On one end, the plug connects to a Locking NEMA L5-15R wall outlet or receptacle, while the other end connects to equipment that uses either the NEMA 5-15P or the high amperage NEMA 5-20P. Additionally, this power cord features a twist-lock plug which rotates clockwise to lock into position. The 1818.300 carries the UL and C-UL approvals and is rated at 15A - 125V.
