Description
Our 1723 series features the 3-prong, Beige, Down Angle, North American NEMA 6-20P Plug with a Split Special. These Heavy Duty Power Cords feature plugs and/or connectors that are rated for high voltage and high current use, and are most often on large gauge wire. They can be used with heavy machinery as well as networking equipment (PDUs, Servers, UPSs ?) These Heavy Duty North American power cords are ideal for powering your custom equipment. This power cord will plug into the standard North American wall outlet or NEMA 6-20R receptacle on one end and will hard-wire into your equipment on the other end. This down angle power cord is ideal for use in confined spaces because it eliminates stress placed on the conductors and strain relief. The definition of a down angle plug is that when facing the outlet with the plug installed ground-pin-down, the cord trails down and away from the wall socket. A Split Special is the state of peeling the conductors apart on a flat-wire power cord and exposing the conductors, all at varying lengths according to application. Also, you will find that some or all of the conductors may feature a special terminal: ring, quick disconnect, flag, spade, etc ... The 1723.084S is a beige power cord that carries the UL and C-UL approvals and is rated at 16A - 250V. This North American power cord can also be used in the following countries: Bahamas Jamaica Barbados Laos Belize Mexico Canada Micronesia Cayman Islands Nicaragua Costa Rica No. Mariana Island Cuba Palmyra Atoll Dominican Republic Panama Ecuador Peru El Salvador Philippines Guam Puerto Rico Guatemala Thailand Haiti Venezuela Honduras Virgin Islands
