Our 1115 series features the 3-prong, North American NEMA 6-15P Plug with the Right Angle IEC-60320-C5 Connector. These Heavy Duty Power Cords feature plugs and/or connectors that are rated for high voltage and high current use, and are most often on large gauge wire. They can be used with heavy machinery as well as networking equipment (PDUs, Servers, UPSs ?) These are the standard North American power cords used for grounded (3-conductor) laptops, notebooks, stereos, game consoles, and electric razors, as well as many other devices. These power cords connect on one end to the 250V NEMA 6-15R outlet or receptacle, and on the other to any electronic device or appliance using an IEC-60320-C6 inlet. The IEC-60320-C5 is also known as the Mickey-Mouse connector. This right angle power cord is ideal for use in confined spaces because it eliminates stress placed on the conductors and strain relief. The definition of a right angle connector is that when facing the equipment with the connector installed ground-pin-up, the cord trails away to your right-hand side. The 1115.072 carries the UL and C-UL approvals and is rated at 2.5A - 250V.
