Our 1040 series features the Grey Piggyback NEMA 1-15P Polarized Plug with a Split Special. These 2-conductor North American power cords are ideal for powering your custom equipment. This power cord will plug into the standard North American wall outlet or receptacle on one end and will hard-wire into your equipment on the other end. The plug features a piggyback configuration. This Piggyback NEMA 1-15P Polarized Plug incorporates a design feature consisting of an enlarged neutral prong/blade. The enlarged prong/blade allows the plug to be inserted into an outlet in only one manner, guaranteeing that electricity circulates only one way through the cord. The piggyback design is a space-saving feature that allows you to power your device while still leaving the outlet or receptacle free to power other appliances.
