Our 0401 series features the standard, domestic, 3-prong, North American Plug (NEMA 5-15P) with a 2-splitter (Y-Cord) that has two (2) Right Angle IEC-60320-C13 Connectors.
These multi-leg North American power cords are the standard cords used for monitors, computers, printers, scanners, TVs, sound systems, and many more devices & appliances which use the IEC-60320-C14 inlet. On the male end, these cords can plug into any standard NEMA wall outlet or 5-15R receptacle. We refer to them as space-savers because they power up to 2 devices while only using up 1 outlet.
This right angle power cord is ideal for use in confined spaces because it eliminates stress placed on the conductors and strain relief. The definition of a right angle connector is that when facing the equipment with the connector installed ground-pin-up, the cord trails away to your right-hand side.
