Our 0238 series features an ROJ with the NEMA 5-15R Quad Tap (NEMA 5-15R x 4). These North American cords are the recommended cords used to connect several devices, appliances, and electronics to a power source. On one end, these cords hard-wire directly into your power source, and on the other end, the Quad Tap mold accomodates any 4 NEMA 5-15P style plugs. Because these cords power 4 devices while only using 1 outlet, we refer to them as space-savers. Extendable/Retractab le cords feature wire that has been wound and molded to have a spring-like ability to maintain its shape. These cords are useful on appliances that require mobility. An ROJ, or Removed Outer Jacket, is the result of stripping the exterior jacket from the power cord and exposing the conductors for the purpose of hard-wiring the cord into your equipment. Our standard ROJ includes the removal of 2 inches (51mm) of jacket and of 1/4 inch (6mm) of conductor insulation. The 0238.030 carries the UL and C-UL approvals and is rated at 15A-125V.
