Description
Our 0143 series features a Split with the Left/Right Angle IEC-60320-C7 Connector.
These 2-conductor power cords are standard cords used for un-grounded laptops, notebooks, stereos, game consoles, electric razors, and many more devices. On the supply end they hard-wire directly into your power supply, and on the other they connect to any device using the IEC-60320-C8 Inlet. The IEC-60320-C7 is also referred to as the Figure-8 connector.
This left/right angle power cord is ideal for use in confined spaces because it eliminates stress placed on the conductors and strain relief. This cord is said to be left/right angle because, lacking a ground pin and polarization, you can install it to lead away to the left or to the right.
A Split is when you remove the outer material of a flat-wire power cord to expose the conductors inch (6mm). Peeling the conductors away from one another 2 inches (52mm) also characterizes this configuration.
The 0143.012 carries the UL and C-UL approvals and is rated at 10A - 250V.
This North American power cord can also be used in the following countries: Bahamas Jamaica Barbados Laos Belize Mexico Canada Micronesia Cayman Islands Nicaragua Costa Rica No. Mariana Island Cuba Palmyra Atoll Dominican Republic Panama Ecuador Peru El Salvador Philippines Guam Puerto Rico Guatemala Thailand Haiti Venezuela Honduras Virgin Islands
