Quail ElectronicsROJ SPECIAL to IEC-60320-C13 RIGHT ANGLE HOME // Power Cords // IEC/Jumper Power Cords // Domestic0129.072SD
Description
This variant of our 0129 series features an ROJ with the Right Angle IEC-60320-C13 Connector.
These power cords are ideal for hard-wiring into your power source to provide electricity for your devices. The IEC-60320-C13 end is compatible with many devices and appliances that use the C14 inlet, including monitors, computers, printers, scanners, TVs, and sound systems.
Shielded wire uses a conductive lining to disperse any external electromagnetic interference and reduce any internal high-frequency noise. This protects the flow of electricity from electromagnetic fields created by other devices, and also protects the external environment from any electromagnetic field created by the power cord itself.
A Shielded ROJ (Removed Outer Jacket) occurs when 2 inches (51mm) of the outer jacket has been removed from a power cord that has insulated or double-insulated foil. The conductors of this cord are stripped back 1/4 inch (6mm), but there is one additional conductor, which is the drain wire that removes residual current generated in and around the power cord by electro-magnetic interference
This right angle power cord is ideal for use in confined spaces because it eliminates stress placed on the conductors and strain relief. The definition of a right angle connector is that when facing the equipment with the connector installed ground-pin-up, the cord trails away to your right-hand side.
The 0129.079SD carries the UL and C-UL approvals and is rated at 15A - 250V.
This North American power cord can also be used in the following countries: Bahamas Jamaica Barbados Laos Belize Mexico Canada Micronesia Cayman Islands Nicaragua Costa Rica No. Mariana Island Cuba Palmyra Atoll Dominican Republic Panama Ecuador Peru El Salvador Philippines Guam Puerto Rico Guatemala Thailand Haiti Venezuela Honduras Virgin Islands
