Pyott-Boone Electronics (PBE Group) Transient Voltage Suppression Data Line Isolators Model 5000

Description
The Model 5000 was designed to handle high energy voltage transients and noise at the input, 120 VAC, of sensitive electronic and electrical equipment. It employs the three major methods of protection, i.e. snubber, G-MOV, gas discharge tube and a neon light in an ionized state. It works instantly to protect against damaging voltage, power harmonics and other electrical noise. This protector is contained in a very small enclosure so that it can be mounted inside of or very near to the equipment it is to protect. Double-sided sticky tape allows the Model 5000 to be mounted about anywhere out of harms way. Connect in series with 120 VAC input power, just connect the black lead to incoming Hot (L) and white lead to incoming NEUTRAL (N). Out of the protector, connect to the 120 VAC input of the equipment to be protected with black lead to HOT (L) and white lead to NEUTRAL (N). High current surge handling (above 9000 amps) • Acts instantly to protect (snubber) • Removes power harmonics and line noise • Very small size allows protector to be mounted inside of equipment to be protected • Double-sided tape solves mounting problems • Significantly increases the mean time between failure (MTBF) of the protected equipment
