ANE-46515 is a 100% solids epoxy adhesive designed for bonding difficult substrates, including glass, ceramics, plastics, rubbers, and metals. It serves as a flexible adhesive, sealant, and potting compound, featuring controlled flow properties for precise application. The product has a viscosity of 40,000 mPa¬?s and a work life of approximately 10 minutes at 25¬8C, with a gel time of 15-20 minutes depending on mass and substrates. Full cure time ranges from 24 to 120 hours at 25¬8C, and it can also cure in 1 hour at 85¬8C. Once cured, ANE-46515 exhibits high resistance to moisture, hot water, automotive fluids, and a variety of chemicals, making it suitable for demanding environments. It can withstand thermal cycling between -40¬8C and 150¬8C and has a Shore D hardness of 70. The adhesive demonstrates strong lap shear strength to aluminum, reaching up to 4,000 psi after 120 hours at 25¬8C and 4,500 psi after 2 hours at 85¬8C. The product is available in various packaging options, including two-component kits and syringes. Storage stability is one year at room temperature, and it can be reheated to restore its original state if crystallization occurs during storage.
