Prosig USA, Inc. Noise & Virbration Analysis

Description
The PROTOR Vibration Condition Monitoring System provides reliable on-line condition monitoring of Turbine Generator, Main Boiler Feed Pumps and other auxiliary plant equipment. Without the health information that a vibration condition monitoring system can provide on equipment such as turbines, pumps and associated equipment, impending faults go unnoticed and develop into a condition that results in failures. Failures may lead to unscheduled outages or more serious equipment damage with consequent loss of revenues. PROTOR condition monitoring consists of one or more Remote Measurement Data Acquisition Systems (RMDAS) linked by Ethernet. Typically an RMDAS unit is used for condition monitoring of the vibration and other parameters of an individual main turbine or a number of pumps or fans. PCs or workstations on the network may then use the simple and intuitive PROTOR User Interface to view data and make reports. Vibration condition monitoring Avoid unscheduled outages Prevent equipment damage 24/7 condition monitoring Detect impending faults Provide health information Store historical data Sophisticated alarm settings Access via LAN, WAN, VPN
