The ProMation Engineering P3 N7 Explosion Proof Quarter Turn Actuator is designed for use in hazardous locations, certified to Class I, Division 1, Groups C, D and Class II, Division 1, Groups E, F, G standards. It operates within a torque range of 1,335 in-lbs (150 Nm) and is compatible with various voltage options including 24VAC, 24VDC, 120VAC, and 230VAC. This actuator features a dual acting mechanism and can be configured for on/off or proportional control, with options for a mechanical torque switch and additional auxiliary switches. The design includes a clutchless manual handwheel, a raised position indicator for easy visibility, and a self-locking gear train for enhanced reliability. It is suitable for applications in oil and gas, mining, food processing, chemicals, and power industries, controlling various types of valves and dampers.

Control options are Premium Proportional or On/Off and products can be configured for OEM specifications such as rotation from 0° to 180° of rotation for ball valves or custom proportional spans for dampers.
