Progressive Surface & TECNAR Automation are proud to introduce the ShotMeter, a new industrial flow monitor specifically developed and optimized for the monitoring of shot peening and abrasive grit blasting processes.
This low-cost & rugged technology enables real-time measurement of shot/grit velocity & correlation at user-selectable standoff. Measured velocity is constantly compared to pre-established MIN and MAX acceptable limits. Alarms are triggered whenever the measured parameters step out of the acceptance range. Parameters are continuously recorded as a function of time (strip charts), and data is archived for easy retrieval either from within the ShotMeter OS software, or using your preferred spreadsheet.
