PHCo's "Lo-Density" Circulation Heaters are perfect for in-line heating of fluids. These are complete packaged systems available with or without control panels. The Flanged vessels are available with ASME pressure rating and include high temperature insulation and weatherproof aluminum jacketing. The heating elements are low watt density, under 10 watts per square inch to reduce fouling in viscous products. The "dry well" design elements can be removed for service without interrupting your process, a distinct advantage. The terminal enclosures are weatherproof as standard and available for hazardous environments in some sizes.
