VLA567-11R is a hybrid integrated circuit designed as a 2-channel IGBT driver, featuring an integrated isolated DC-DC converter for gate drive, eliminating the need for an external gate power supply. It supports IGBT modules with voltage ratings of up to 600V and 1200V, and a current capacity of up to 600A. The device includes built-in short circuit protection, which maintains reverse bias for a predetermined time after detecting a short circuit, enhancing system reliability. The driver has a low-profile DIP structure and offers an output peak current of ¬±8A. It operates with an electrical isolation voltage of 2500Vrms for one minute, ensuring safe operation in various applications. The input interface is CMOS compatible, and the fall time can be adjusted during short circuit protection activity. The operating temperature range is from -20¬8C to 70¬8C, with storage temperatures from -40¬8C to 90¬8C. This product is suitable for driving IGBT modules in inverter or AC servo system applications.
