Powerex, Inc. Power IPM Transistor PS21265-P

PS21265-P is a dual-in-line package intelligent power module integrating six 600V/20A IGBTs and associated drive, protection, and control circuits for three-phase DC-to-AC power conversion. It features built-in under-voltage and short-circuit protection, fault output signaling, and a 3V/5V compatible high-active input interface. The module has a 26-pin DIL package with a case dimension of 79mm × 27mm and is rated for operation up to 100°C case temperature. It supports a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 600V, a peak collector current of 40A, and an isolation voltage of 2500 Vrms. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 1.95 °C/W for the IGBTs. The device is UL approved (E80276) and meets RoHS standards with lead-free solder plating.
