The PM75RLB060 is a three-phase IGBT inverter module with an integrated brake circuit, rated for 75 A and 600 V in the inverter section and 50 A and 600 V in the brake section. It includes built-in gate drive and protection against short circuit, over temperature, and under voltage. The module measures 120.0 mm × 55.0 mm × 16.0 mm and weighs 340 grams. Isolation voltage is 2500 V AC for one minute. Maximum junction temperature is 150 °C. Control supply voltage is 15.0 ± 1.5 V. Short-circuit trip levels are 150 A and 100 A, respectively. Collector-emitter saturation voltage is 1.5-2.1 V. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 0.42 °C/W for the inverter IGBT. Switching times are under 2.5 µs. Fault output current is 20 mA.
