The device supports steady-state switching frequencies up to 155 kHz, allowing for compact transformer designs. This IC integrates primary and secondary controllers, along with safety-rated feedback (FluxLink), into a single package, which simplifies design and reduces component count. It offers high efficiency, with up to 95% efficiency and less than 30 mW no-load consumption.
