The EBVB series is a multi-voltage electric actuator designed for 2-way ball valves, with auto-sensing operation across 12-24 V AC/DC or 85-240 V AC/DC. It features a glass-filled polypropylene housing rated IP67 and NEMA 4/4X, an LED status indicator, electronic over-torque protection, a thermostatic anti-condensation heater, manual override via a hand wheel, and a double-D drive for quick mounting. The actuator operates with a 90° or 180° rotation depending on model, has a thermally protected motor, and is CE marked. Fail-safe and 4-20 mA modulating options are available. Size range covers 3/8" to 4" valves. Weight ranges from 1.8 kg to 2.0 kg depending on model.
2-way Series EBVB is a premium multi-voltage actuator with automatic voltage sensing, featuring rugged glass-filled polypro construction for corrosive atmospheres. Includes manual override, LED status light, electronic over-torque protection, thermally protected motor, anti-condensation heater, CE Marked IP-67 water and dust proof enclosure.
Options include Fail-Safe battery back up, 4-20 mA digital positioner for control valve applications with characterized profile ball designs.
Has simple connections for remote operation and position indication. Now available 3/8″ through 4″ sizes; PVC, CPVC, Polypro or PVDF.
3-way Series TEBVB provides the same premium actuator features in 3/8″ through 2″ sizes with 2-hole or 3-hole ball in PVC or CPVC; 3″ & 4″ sizes with 2-hole ball in PVC, CPVC, Polypro or PVDF.
