Details The PL-B625 is a high performance microscopy camera designed to capture highly detailed, publication quality images. The camera features a 1/2.5" 5.0 megapixel CMOS sensor and can provide 7 frames per second at full resolution, or 90 frames per second at VGA resolution. The sensor features a 2.2 µm pixel pitch and is capable of 12-bit output. Included with all PixeLINK® microscopy camera kits is the PixeLINK® µScope software package, a full-featured image acquisition and processing application. Using PixeLINK®'s µScope, users can view live video, capture, save images, annotate, captured images with text, arrows and other shapes.In addition to this, measurement and export to Excel option, giving users a software solution that rivals more expensive applications. Additional functionality can be found in Capture OEM, a free download provided by PixeLINK® designed to showcase the full functionality of the camera. Capture and save AVI movies, set user-defined Region of Interests (ROI), and save descriptors to either the host system or the camera itself is made simple.
