The Series 107 Mini-SIL reed relay is designed for stacking on 0.2 inch (5.08 mm) pitch with a mu-metal enclosure providing approximately 1% magnetic interaction between adjacent relays. It features dry contact switching rated at 1 A up to 20 W for a single pole Form A configuration, with insulation resistance exceeding 10¹² Ω. The device has a 5 V coil with a resistance of 500 Ω and includes a low-level switch (No. 4) optimized for low current/voltage applications, with a typical closed contact resistance of 0.15 Ω and 2.5 pF capacitance across the open switch. It measures 0.75 inch (19.1 mm) in length and 0.19 inch (4.8 mm) in width, with a height of 0.125 inch (3.3 mm). The relay is suitable for instrumentation applications requiring stable contact performance and high insulation.
