The PTRD-T series is a 40 Amp power PCB relay with a T90 footprint, designed for general-purpose switching applications. It is available in T2, T3, T4, and T5 mounting variants with PCB pins and quick-connect options. The relay has a 250 VAC ratings of 40 A, supports 1200 W resistive and 10,000 VA motor loads, and features AgCdO or AgSnOInO contact materials. It meets UL 508 and UL 873 clearance standards with 3.18 mm air gap and 6.36 mm surface creepage. The coil operates at 5 VDC with 0.9 W power consumption, a must-operate voltage of 3.75 VDC, and must-release voltage of 0.5 VDC. It offers gold-plated contacts (AgCdO+Au), Class F insulation, an operating temperature range of -55°C to 100°C, and is RoHS compliant. The T3 variant has PCB and QC pins with a 1 Form C (SPDT) contact. IP67 epoxy sealing is available as an option.
