The PTRD-T series is a 40-amp general purpose PCB relay with a T90 footprint, available in 1 Form A or 1 Form C configurations with PCB pins and quick-connect terminals, or with mounting tabs. It features a 250 VAC general purpose UL rating, 2 HP motor load capability, and contact materials including AgCdO, AgSnOInO, or AgCdO+Au. The relay meets UL 508 and UL 873 spacing standards with 3.18 mm air gap and 6.36 mm surface creepage. It operates from -55°C to 100°C, has a mechanical life of 10^7 operations, and an electrical life of 5 × 10^4 at resistive load. Coil options include 0.6 W and 0.9 W power ratings with 5 VDC being specified. The part supports IP67 epoxy sealing and is RoHS compliant. Gold-plated contacts are available as an option.
