The PTRD series is a 40 A general-purpose PCB relay with a T90 footprint, designed for switching resistive and motor loads up to 2 HP at 250 VAC and 1,200 W or 10,000 VA. It features a SPDT (1 Form C) contact configuration, AgCdO+Au gold-plated contacts, and a 12 VDC coil with 0.9 W power consumption. The relay is RoHS compliant, has a 5-pin configuration meeting UL 508 and UL 873 spacing, and supports terminal solderability at 260°C for 5 seconds. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to 100°C, with a storage range of -55°C to 125°C. The dielectric strength is 2,500 V between contacts and coil, and 4,000 V for the -H variant. The relay meets UL Class F insulation standards and has a mechanical life of 1 × 10⁷ operations and an electrical life of 5 × 10⁴ operations at rated load.
