The PTRD series is a 40 A general-purpose PCB relay with a T90 footprint, available in SPST-NO, SPDT-NC, or SPDT contact forms. It meets UL 508 and UL 873 spacing requirements with pin 6 omitted in the -1 variant, and is RoHS compliant. The relay has a coil power rating of 0.6 W, operates at 110 VDC coil voltage, and features AgCdO+Au gold-plated contacts with Class F insulation. It supports switching up to 300 VAC and 110 VDC, with a dielectric strength of up to 2,500 V between contacts and coil, or 4,000 V with the -H option. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 100°C, and the relay offers a mechanical life of 1 × 10^7 operations and an electrical life of 5 × 10^4 operations at 40 A. The sealed version (S option) provides environmental protection, and the physical size and pin configuration follow the standard T90 layout.
