The PTRD series is a 40 Amp power PCB relay with a T90 footprint, designed for general-purpose switching applications. It is available with a 5 VDC coil, AgSnO2In2O3 contacts, and gold-plated contacts on AgCdO. The relay meets UL 508 and UL 873 spacing with pin 6 omitted, features Class F insulation, and is RoHS compliant with a 4 kV dielectric option. Its maximum switching capacity is 40 A at 277 VAC, 1,200 W resistive, or 10,000 VA reactive, with an electrical service life of 50,000 operations at rated load. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 100°C, and storage temperature extends to 125°C. The open-frame unit weighs 30 grams and has a coil power of 0.9 W. The relay's operate time is less than 15 ms and release time less than 10 ms.
