The PTRD-T series is a 40 amp power PCB relay with a T90 footprint, designed for general purpose switching applications. It is available in configurations with PCB and QC pins (T2/T3) or QC pins with mounting tabs (T4/T5), and features a 24 VDC coil with 0.6 W power consumption. The relay has a single pole normally open (SPST-NO) contact form, AgCdO+Au gold-plated contacts, and is epoxy sealed to IP67. It meets UL 508 and UL 873 spacing requirements with a 3.18 mm air gap and 6.36 mm surface gap. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 100°C, and it complies with RoHS V2 and REACH V3. Insulation is rated to UL Class F, with dielectric strength of 2,500 VAC between coil and contacts. Mechanical life is 1 × 10⁷ operations, and electrical life is 5 × 10⁴ operations at 240 VAC, 20 A resistive load.
