The PTRD series is a 40 Amp general-purpose PCB relay with a T90 footprint, designed for switching resistive and inductive loads up to 240 VAC and 300 VAC. It features AgCdO or AgSnO contacts, Class F insulation, and is RoHS compliant. The -XH variant includes a 4 kV dielectric rating and omits pin 6 to meet UL 508 and UL 873 spacing requirements with 3.18 mm air gap and 6.36 mm surface creepage. The relay operates at 110 VDC coil voltage with 0.9 W power consumption, has a maximum switching current of 40 A, and a mechanical life of 1 × 10· operations. It is available in sealed (S) and open-frame versions, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to 100°C and a weight of 27 to 30 grams. The product meets UL 508 and UL 873 standards.
