The PCS15 series is a DC input solid state relay with TRIAC output, designed for switching AC loads from 48~440VAC with load currents of 10A, 15A, 20A, 25A, or 40A. It features optical isolation, a built-in RC snubber, and zero-crossing switching. The relay operates with a 4~32VDC control input and has a maximum on-state voltage drop of 1.5 Vrms and 10 mA off-state leakage current. Dielectric strength is 4000VAC between input and output, and 2500VAC between input/output and base. The device has a thermal resistance junction-to-case of 2.35°C/W for the 10A variant and is housed in a base-mounted case with screw terminals, measuring 58.00mm x 54.90mm x 28.70mm.
