The PC795 series is an automotive plug-in/PCB maxi ISO relay with contact forms 1A or 1C, capable of 80A continuous carry at 14VDC and switching up to 75VDC. It features a 24VDC coil with 2.3W power consumption, an integrated reverse diode, and tin-plated terminals. The C1 mounting version includes a plastic bracket. The relay operates from -40°C to 125°C, has a dielectric strength of 500 Vrms between contacts and coil, and meets a mechanical life of 1×10⁷ operations and electrical life of 1×10⁵ operations. Dimensions are 31.60mm × 28.90mm × 27.55mm. Terminal strength is 8N for quick connect and 4N for PCB pins. Solderability is qualified at 260°C for 5 seconds. The variant includes a dust cover and is RoHS compliant.
