The PC792B is an automotive plug-in or PCB mini ISO relay with a contact form of SPST NO (1A), designed for switching up to 40 A continuous current at 14 VDC or 20 A at 28 VDC. It features a 24 VDC coil with 1.6 W power consumption, an integrated diode for coil suppression, and tin-plated PCB pins. The relay measures 26.00 mm in width, 24.50 mm in depth, and 17.90 mm in height, with terminals rated for 8 N quick connect pull force. It operates from -40°C to 125°C, withstands 500 Vrms dielectric strength between contacts and 750 Vrms between coil and contacts, and has an initial contact resistance of 30 mΩ max. Mechanical life is 1 × 10⁷ operations, with 1 × 10⁵ electrical operations at rated load. The contact material is AgSnO₂.
