The PC792A series is an automotive plug-in or PCB mini ISO relay designed for switching high-current loads in automotive applications. It features a SPST-NO (1A) contact form, with a maximum continuous current of 40 A at 14 VDC and a maximum switching voltage of 75 VDC. The relay uses AgSnO2 contact material and has an initial contact resistance of 30 mΩ max. It operates with a 1.9 W coil at 6 VDC, equipped with a 680 Ω parallel resistor for arc suppression. The terminal plating is tin, and the enclosure includes a dust cover. The device supports plug-in mounting, has operating and storage temperatures of -40°C to 125°C and -40°C to 155°C respectively, and meets mechanical and electrical life ratings of 1 × 10^7 and 1 × 10^5 operations. Dimensions are 26.00 × 26.00 × 17.90 mm with quick-connect terminals. Operate and release times are both ≤10 ms.
