The PC415 series is a 10 A subminiature PCB power relay with a "sugar cube" footprint, available in 1 Form A, 1 Form B, or 1 Form C contact configurations. It features a sealed, immersion-cleanable design, RoHS compliance, and Class B or Class F insulation. The relay operates with a 48 VDC coil, consuming 800 mW (B option), has a must-operate voltage of 33.6 VDC and a must-release voltage of 4.8 VDC, and switches up to 20 A at 14 VDC or 7 A at 240 VAC. Contact material is AgCdO, with an initial resistance of 100 milliohms max. Operate time is less than 10 ms, release time less than 5 ms, and operating temperature ranges from -55 to 85 °C. The unit weighs 9.5 grams and meets UL/CUL listing E86876 with 1,000 megohms insulation resistance and 1,500 Vrms dielectric strength between coil and contacts.
