The PC415 is a 10 amp subminiature PCB power relay with a popular "Sugar Cube" footprint, available in 1 Form A, 1 Form B, or 1 Form C contact configurations. It features a sealed, immersion-cleanable design, RoHS compliance, and Class B or Class F insulation. The relay operates at 24 VDC with a 360 mW coil, has a maximum switching current of 20 A, and supports resistive loads up to 10 A at 120 VAC or 28 VDC. It meets UL/CUL ratings with a dielectric strength of 1500 Vrms between coil and contacts, and 750 Vrms between contacts. Operate time is less than 10 ms, release time less than 5 ms, and it functions across -55 to 85 °C. Contact material is AgCdO, with initial contact resistance ≤100 milliohms. The relay weighs 9.5 grams and has a mechanical life of 10^7 operations, with 10^5 electrical operations at rated load.
