The PC415 is a 10 Amp subminiature PCB power relay with a "sugar cube" footprint, available in 1 Form A, B, or C contact configurations. It features AgCdO contacts, sealed construction, and RoHS compliance. The relay switches up to 10 A at 120 VAC and 28 VDC, with a maximum switching voltage of 380 VAC and 110 VDC. For a 24 VDC coil, it draws 360 mW, with a must operate voltage of 16.8 VDC and must release voltage of 2.4 VDC. Operate time is less than 10 ms, release time less than 5 ms. Operating temperature ranges from -55 °C to 85 °C. It meets Class B insulation standards, has 1,000 megohms minimum insulation resistance at 500 VDC, and 1,500 Vrms dielectric strength between coil and contacts. Rated for 1 × 10⁵ electrical and 1 × 10⁷ mechanical operations.
